The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) will be organising the ACCCIM Industry 4.0 Conference 2022 on 6th December 2022 (Tuesday) from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The Conference is co-organised by The Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (KLSCCCI), Perak Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCCI) and Klang Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCCI), and also supported by Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) and Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
The theme for Conference is “Showcasing The 9 Pillars of Industry 4.0”. Speakers from prominent technology companies and agencies such as Microsoft, Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology & Innovation (MRANTI), Fortinet, Axiomtek, Digiwin, Fusionex, Swisslog, TeamViewer and Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC) will be sharing the latest technological development of Industry 4.0 and the advantages of adopting business technology that bring a more resilient post-pandemic recovery. The conference will be conducted in English.
Ir. Ter Leong Leng, Deputy Chairman of ACCCIM International Trade and Industry Committee cum Chairman of the Organising Committee said, this is the second time for ACCCIM to organise the Industry 4.0 Conference since 2019, the conference is aimed to showcase the latest technological development of Industry 4.0 and also to encourage Malaysia businesses to pursue transformation.
He added, the Organising Committee has invited Datuk Hanafi Sakri, Senior Director of Industry Development Division, Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) to provide recent updates of the Industry 4.0 policy while representative from Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF) to share information on relevant loan facilities, for instance the available soft loan schemes. The participants will also stand a chance to win exciting prizes in the lucky draw session.
