马来西亚中华总商会（中总）于2025年8月15日假吉隆坡 Connexion Conference & Event Centre 隆重举行“2025年中总卓越青商楷模奖颁奖典礼”。本届颁奖典礼由首相政治秘书曾敏凯先生莅临见证，逾千人出席，场面热烈，气氛隆重。
“中总卓越青商楷模奖” 自2022年首度举办，设立的宗旨，在于表扬对社会、经济和企业发展有卓越贡献的青年企业家，同时展现大马青商群体在创业、创新和社会责任上的坚韧与担当。今年的奖项由中总17个基本会员会长及青商团团长共同推荐，甄选过程严格，得奖人数从22位增加至31位，涵盖多元行业和领域。
值得一提的是，本届首次增设“东盟楷模奖”，以表彰10位在区域发展中表现优异的青年企业家。这一举措，不仅展示了大马青商跨越国界、积极参与区域合作的成果，也彰显中总作为华商最高平台，持续推动青年融入国际舞台的战略眼光。
今年的获奖者来自科技、教育、家具制造、旅游、物流运输等多个领域，横跨传统与新兴产业。他们的企业既有坚守工艺与传承的故事，也有开创科技与创新的历程，更有将企业发展与社会责任结合的典范。这些青年楷模不仅是行业的佼佼者，更是社会的积极推动者，让企业不仅仅是盈利机构，更成为改变社会与塑造未来的力量。
中总总会长拿督吴逸平在颁奖典礼上致辞时表示，获奖者的成就不仅代表个人的努力，也体现了马来西亚青商的整体实力和潜力。他勉励青年企业家们要肩负使命，持续讲好中总故事，放眼世界，成为社会与国际之间的重要桥梁。
中总青商团总团长李烔良则指出，设立楷模奖的真正意义，并非单纯的个人荣誉，而是让更多青年“看见青年”，以榜样为灯塔，点燃更多年轻人的动力与希望。他希望透过楷模奖的力量，传递经验与精神，让成就不成为门槛，而成为更多人的启发。
筹委会主席张凯翔表示，本届首推“东盟楷模奖”，是中总青商团推动区域交流的重要尝试，体现了大马青年在跨国舞台上的成长轨迹。他相信，通过持续推动东盟交流与合作，未来将会有更多年轻企业家在区域市场中快速崛起，成为推动区域繁荣的重要力量。
在首相政治秘书曾敏凯的见证下，31位得奖者由中总总会长颁发奖项。中总同时推介楷模奖书籍《启业+》，记录得奖者真实的创业经历和案例，成为青商学习与借鉴的典范。
当晚，中总青商团也迎来成立14周年，并在中总领导见证下进行切蛋糕仪式。配合国庆即将来临，现场嘉宾齐唱《Sejatera Malaysia》，挥舞国旗，场面热烈。大会亦邀请海外代表合唱《We Are The World》，氛围温馨。
当天出席嘉宾包括中总永久名誉会长丹斯里拿督斯里乌达玛锺廷森、丹斯里拿督戴良业、丹斯里拿督卢成全上议员，中总中央理事，以及来自全马青商团员、30多个国内外友好青年团体等近千名嘉宾。
