中总总秘书拿督陈杰辉于2026年8月14日接待香港青年新创见会长叶家麟率领的代表团。双方就马来西亚与粤港澳大湾区经贸合作、青年企业发展等课题交换意见，并探讨进一步加强两地联系与合作的机会。香港青年新创见也邀请中总日后组团赴大湾区考察交流。

中总青商团署理总团长丘泉裕亦出席交流；香港青年新创见代表包括常务副会长兼对外事务委员会主任关建基及副会长兼对外事务委员会副主任章咏欣。
