This document is provided solely for the reference of individuals interested in joining the delegation. All itineraries, activity arrangements, corporate visits, transportation and meal arrangements are subject to change at the discretion of the organiser and prevailing circumstances, and are subject to final confirmation by the ACCCIM Secretariat.

1. General Information

The delegation programme mainly focuses on 12–16 October 2026, covering corporate visits, courtesy visits and Canton Fair-related activities in Zhongshan and Guangzhou. Canton Fair entry pass and admission arrangements are subject to final confirmation by the organiser and the ACCCIM Secretariat.

2. Tentative Programme

Air travel arrangements should be made individually, as no group flight booking will be arranged by the delegation. Delegates are advised to take the suggested flights or flights with similar arrival times to facilitate group transportation and programme arrangements.

3. Participation Fee

Seats are limited. Registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Proposed Hotel Accommodation

Remark
Delegates may also arrange their own accommodation. However, it is recommended to select hotels near the designated assembly hotel or within convenient transport distance to facilitate group transfer to the programme venues.

5. Important Notes

1. The delegation itinerary, visiting organisations, programme time, meals and transportation arrangements are tentative and may be adjusted by the Secretariat based on the organiser, host organisations and prevailing circumstances.
2. Flight tickets, hotel accommodation, travel insurance and personal expenses shall be borne by the delegates.
3. Delegates are responsible for ensuring that their passport, visa and other required travel documents are valid and comply with China’s entry requirements.
4. Delegates are required to comply with the delegation’s assembly time and transport arrangements. Delegates who fail to assemble on time due to personal reasons shall be responsible for their own transport and subsequent arrangements.
5. All final arrangements are subject to confirmation by the ACCCIM Secretariat.
